Exhibition History"Passion on Paper: Masterly Prints from the KIA Collection," March 17 - July 15, 2018, Groos Gallery.Label Text"Medium can be mesmerizing. Pomodoro’s sensibilities as a sculptor are immediately evident in this dimensional image. He loved experimenting with novel techniques. Perhaps this was the catalyst for delving into the vagaries of metal plate basics and the complex chemical components of etching to produce this impression. The overall inking of the plate to present this unfaltering black image is just one striking result from the artist’s willingness to question and stretch the parameters of classic printmaking principles (written by Nancy Sojka for Passion on Paper: Masterly Works from the KIA Collection, 2018)."There are no works to discover for this record.
