Fred WesselAmerican, 1946-

Fred Wessel was born in New York in 1946. He lives in Northampton, Massachusetts and is a professor at the Hartford Art School where he teaches drawing, egg tempera painting and lithography. He currently co-directs Workshops in Italy, bringing small groups of artists and art-lovers to Tuscany and Umbria to paint and study the Italian Renaissance.
